SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to deliver your order at the earliest. At Luvih, we understand how important it is to receive your purchase products in the finest conditions, and on time. Know this, we work round the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
SHIPPING DURATION-
Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.
Though we use the best logistics partners, however, during festivals, National Holiday, etc. the delivery of your shipment might get further delayed. For outlier locations in case your address is not serviceable by our partners we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your package reach you. We do not provide refunds on any orders.
All our products are shipped out between 4 – 8 weeks as the products are meticulously handcrafted/ depending on the products. In situations beyond Lūvìh’s control, there may be circumstances which may be circumstances , which cause a delay. In such cases, Luvih will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA –
We offer international shipping through our various shipping partners . For international shipment order, additional shipping charges are applicable.
Once your order is dispatched, it will reach you in 1 to 2 weeks or maybe more from the date of dispatch. We do not provide exchanges and refunds on international orders.
Any custom charges, brokerage fees, levies, duties, or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the client and Lūvìh will not be responsible for it.
